How does it work?

Our approach consists of putting into action a trio of "Internal Recruiter - Hiring Manager - TheWhiteRabbit" to relieve your teams while providing expertise and fluid communication, guaranteeing effective and lasting recruitment.

We start by talking to your in-house recruiter. This is essential if we are to familiarise ourselves with your company's culture and cover the HR dimension of the recruitment(s) you are entrusting to us.

We then carry out a detailed briefing of your requirements with the Hiring Manager to establish his or her expectations, the scope of the position and the recruitment challenge.

The calibration stage enables us to define our personas, the "typical profiles" that perfectly match your needs.


Once these profiles have been validated by the Hiring Manager, we source and contact the targeted profiles and pre-qualify the candidates week after week, in a continuous flow.

Interview reports are provided to you as they come in, so that you can start your internal selection process as quickly as possible.



Thanks to regular meetings with your stakeholders, we can fine-tune our sourcing strategy to suit the target market, and work together to manage your recruitment with complete agility.
